Thank you, ChatGPT, for concocting this! Truly, though, I am grateful for everything from the good, the bad, and the ugly (re: CP). Living in a different country where you barely know the national language and, more so, the local language is tough. It's alienating even though the culture is one you grew up with (though most don't think that so it's a fun surprise).

However, just like the Midwest, there are gems of people who make the bad moments less...bad.

And remind me that I'm not any less Filipino just because I don't know the language (languages in this case).

But that's a topic for another day. Another video, maybe? I haven't posted on the tube in a while....

Before I sign off, I want to highlight 3 things I'm grateful for this Thanksgiving:

1) I don't know why but I was placed as head for the creatives for Fungal Fighters, and I'm grateful for that because I got to work with some insanely creative individuals. I'm hoping to see you design more in the future 👀

2) Eds going She-Hulk on the car trying to get the door open so I could get out. That is a core memory that will replay in my head... I'm grateful to Nics, Nisa, Eds, and Kuya for helping us through that night. The night would have been longer and confusing without all of you!

3) Thank you to Nics and Ly who asked me to be the photographer and videographer for Brokenshire's (and Mindanao's) FIRST Stethescope Tagging Ceremony! It was an absolute pleasure capturing everyone's smiles.

Anyway, a belated Thanksgiving to all! I hope you ate well and were surrounded by your loved ones. 🫶🏼
